Organic Ceremonial Matcha Trio
This trio brings together the three matchas that best represent Midori Matcha: Uji, Okumidori and Asaki Superior.
Each one has a completely different character, which is part of what we love most about matcha. Uji is creamy, lightly earthy and bold enough to hold its flavour through milk. Okumidori is smoother and naturally sweet, with a soft nutty finish. Asaki Superior is more delicate and refined, with deeper sweetness and a silky, creamy finish.
Together, they offer a simple way to experience how different regions, cultivars and production methods can shape the taste of ceremonial matcha.
Uji Ceremonial Matcha
Creamy, lightly earthy and naturally sweet. This is the matcha that started Midori and remains one of the teas closest to us.
Okumidori Ceremonial Matcha
Smooth, creamy and gently nutty, with a naturally sweet finish. A favourite for both first-time matcha drinkers and those who enjoy a softer, more balanced cup.
Asaki Superior Ceremonial Matcha
Silky, refined and naturally sweet, with deep umami and an elegant creamy finish. Produced in smaller quantities and best enjoyed slowly.
