Instructions

Here's how to make a matcha latte: 

  1. Sift 3-5g of Midori Kagoshima Ceremonial Matcha into a bowl
  2. Pour in 60ml of warm water (80°C)
  3. Whisk using the 30-20-10 method
  4. In a cup, pour in 120ml of milk
  5. Top with ice and matcha, enjoy!
