If you're not completely satisfied with the products, we accept returns on the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank).



Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods (product launches, holiday seasons, sales), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional days.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Sendle.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

If your request is sent within the 12-hour window and the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once you've receive an order tracking email, we're unable to cancel your order and you can request a refund or an exchange once your order arrives.

Orders under 100 AUD will display standard shipping fees at checkout.
