"Midori" means green, and true matcha embodies that color.

We’re a young couple with a shared love for matcha—and a big dream. What started as weekend whisking sessions at home has now become Midori Matcha, our little passion project brought to life at Fitzroy Market. Since January 18th, we’ve hand-whisked and served over 300 cups of high-quality matcha, every weekend. We’re just getting started.

We believe matcha should always be made the traditional way: fresh, frothy, and whisked by hand. No shortcuts. Our goal? To share the magic of real matcha, one cup at a time.
